Eight steps from bottle selection to a finished, printed product.
Step 1Bottle Selection
Clients choose from bottles already available in U-Lik's range.
Step 2Choose Bottle Colours
Colour options are selected for the base bottle itself before decoration begins.
Step 3Image Preparation
Clients supply artwork; U-Lik advises on printable area. Artwork is converted to a full-size positive — emulsion up for silk screen, emulsion down for pad printing.
Step 4Stencil & Screen Preparation
The full-size positive is used to create a printing screen, fabric mesh stretched and affixed onto a wooden frame.
Step 5Ink Management
Colour is matched via Pantone (PMS) or a client sample. A sample product is tested to determine the correct ink.
Step 6Printing Process (Silk Screen)
Ink is pushed through the mesh screen with a squeegee, depositing through the stencil openings onto the bottle surface.
Step 7Hot Stamping
A relief die applies heat and pressure through metallic or pigmented foil for a distinct decorative edge.
Step 8Finished Products
The bottle, now printed with the desired image, is complete and ready for dispatch.
